1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective).
  • Customized or special-order products.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
  • Customers may be asked to provide photos/videos of the defective product for faster processing.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method (Bkash, Nagad, Bank, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective or wrong products sent by us).

5. Exchange Policy

  • Customers can request a product exchange (different color/model) if stock is available.
  • Any price difference must be settled before replacement.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • In case of our mistake, Solvian Store will bear the shipping charges.
